Gym And Leisure Centre Based Activities

Dudley Council has three leisure centres and a sports facility.

Action Heart is one of the country’s leading cardiac rehabilitation centres offering a range of supervised exercise on site and a programme of led walks.

Dudley Council offers training for cycling of all ages and abilities.
