We are always happy to receive patients' comments as to how we can improve the services we offer. If you have any suggestions or complaints which you feel should be made formally, please direct them in the first instance (preferably in writing, if possible) to our Practice Manager, Mrs D Smith.
Alternatively, for independent advice you can contact NHS England.
