How to request an appointment

Urgent Appointments

We offer urgent on the day appointments for patients requesting these. Please call the reception to book these, you will be asked a number of questions. This is to ensure we are booking you with the appropriate clinician and to determine if you need a telephone or face to face appointment. Any information provided is to increase the efficiency of the service.

When our appointments have been utilised for the day you may be offered an alternative appointment at the Extended Access Hub at Brierley Hill Health and Social Care Centre. We will be able to book this for you via our computer system but you will need to attend this alternative venue.

Routine Appointments

If you need to book a routine follow up appointment with a particular GP, you can make an appointment up to four weeks in advance. Many routine appointments are for patients who have a long term or chronic condition that needs monitoring on a regular basis.

We will contact to let you know when your next routine review appointment is due with the practice nurse or doctor either by post, telephone or text.

Extended Out Of Hours Appointments

If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please speak to the receptionists at the practice during normal opening hours. Your appointment may be with another practice in the Halesowen area and may not be your registered practice. In the Halesowen area the following practice are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments.

Home Visits
